Blu Build is a South Central Ohio construction and exterior envelope company committed to protecting residential and commercial buildings through building science, code-compliant construction, and professional project management. Our construction philosophy is founded upon the intent of the Residential Code of Ohio (RCO), which establishes minimum safeguards to protect public health, safety, and general welfare through structural integrity, weather protection, fire safety, energy efficiency, and the proper performance of building systems.
